Commanding your Morning (chapter one)

I have been reading a book by Cindy Trimm (anointed woman of God) and these are some of the verses and the subtopics they appear under. I know the Holy Spirit will bring understanding. If never get to read it here is a brief summary in chapters..

Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I grow, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be. –by Karen Ravn
Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. As one who reckons, he says to you, eat and drink, yet his heart is not with you [but is grudging the cost].

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

CHAPTER ONE- THE SECRET IS OUT
The workings of the human heart are the most profoundest mystery of the universe. One moment they make us despair of our kind and the next we see in them the reflection of the divine image.
– Charles W. Chesnut
1.The great power of small things…
Everything in the universe begins and revolves around two things: words and thoughts. – DR. Cindy Trimm

1 Corinthians 4:5

So do not make any hasty or premature judgments before the time when the Lord comes [again], for He will both bring to light the secret things that are [now hidden] in darkness and disclose and expose the [secret] aims (motives and purposes) of hearts. Then every man will receive his [due] commendation from God.

2 Peter 1:3-4

For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [[a]full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue).By means of these He has bestowed on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape [by flight] from the moral decay (rottenness and corruption) that is in the world because of covetousness (lust and greed), and become sharers (partakers) of the divine nature.

2.One of Life’s greatest mysteries
All you are, experience, and ultimately achieve can be traced back to how you have made use of these two simple, yet vastly powerful, tools- your words and thoughts. – DR. Cindy Trimm

Proverbs 4:23

Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life.

It is paramount that you become the master of your thoughts.– DR. Cindy Trimm
3.What’s your frequency

Jeremiah 31

But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel: After those days, says the Lord, I will put My law within them, and on their hearts will I write it; and I will be their God, and they will be My people.

Philippians 4

For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable andseemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind andwinsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].

Isaiah 33:15-16

He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, who despises gain from fraud and from oppression, who shakes his hand free from the taking of bribes, who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed and shuts his eyes to avoid looking upon evil. [Such a man] will dwell on the heights; his place of defense will be the fortresses of rocks; his bread will be given him; water for him will be sure.

4.Let there be light

James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect ([a]free, large, full) gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of all [that gives] light, in [the shining of] Whom there can be no variation [rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [as in an eclipse].

Matthew 13:10-13

Then the disciples came to Him and said, Why do You speak to them in parables? And He replied to them, To you it has been given to know the secrets and mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has [spiritual knowledge], to him will more be given and he will [a]be furnished richly so that he will have abundance; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away. This is the reason that I speak to them in parables: because [b]having the power of seeing, they do not see; and [c]having the power of hearing, they do not hear, nor do they grasp and understand. In them indeed is [c]the process of fulfillment of the prophecy of Isaiah, which says: You shall indeed hear and hear but never grasp and understand; and you shall indeed look and look but never see and perceive. For this nation’s heart has grown gross (fat and dull), and their ears heavy and difficult of hearing, and their eyes they have tightly closed, lest they see and perceive with their eyes, and hear and comprehend the sense with their ears, and grasp and understand with their heart, and turn and I should heal them. But blessed (happy, fortunate, and [d]to be envied) are your eyes because they do see, and your ears because they do hear. Truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous men [men who were upright and in right standing with God] yearned to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.

Proverbs 2:11

Discretion shall watch over you, understanding shall keep you,

1 Peter 1:13

So brace up your minds; be sober (circumspect, morally alert); set your hope wholly andunchangeably on the grace (divine favor) that is coming to you when Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is revealed.

John 12:35-36

So Jesus said to them, You will have the Light only a little while longer. Walk while you have the Light [keep on living by it], so that darkness may not overtake and overcome you. He who walks about in the dark does not know where he goes [he is drifting]. While you have the Light, believe in the Light [have faith in it, hold to it, rely on it], that you may become sons of the Light and be filled with Light. Jesus said these things, and then He went away and hid Himself from them [was lost to their view].

5.Unlock the Mystery

Proverbs 4:5,7

Get skillful and godly Wisdom, get understanding (discernment, comprehension, and interpretation); do not forget and do not turn back from the words of my mouth.
The beginning of Wisdom is: get Wisdom (skillful and godly Wisdom)! [For skillful and godly Wisdom is the principal thing.] And with all you have gotten, get understanding (discernment, comprehension, and interpretation).
There is overcoming power in knowing it is God’s desire for you to succeed and prosper, as well as knowing how He has designed you to create success and abundance in every sphere you influence.
